WEDDINGS, RECEPTIONS, AND EVENT PRICING
RENTAL OF THE FACILITY FOR WEDDINGS AND RECEPTIONS:
$850.00 for up to 50 people for house reception.
$1,125.00 for up to 75 people for house reception.
$1,400 dollars for up to 100 people for house reception. ($12 per additional guest over the limit)
The facility rental includes the main house first floor dining room and kitchen, the grounds, and the general store. We are equipped for up to 150 people. The couple can be married here. Reception must be over by 10:30 p.m. You have use of the facility for 6 and a half hours. (1 and a half hours for set-up, 4 hours for the reception/wedding and 1 hour, clean up) Folding chairs and tables are available for 150 people. We provide tablecloths but the rest is up to you including clean up. If you contract a caterer, the caterer must clean up the food. You must have a one-time event liquor liability policy if your plans include alcohol. We can recommend some professionals for you to use such as a caterer, officiate, photographer, DJ, pianist or florist. There is a piano in the home.

A CHEAP QUICKIE WEDDING: $600.00 ($12 per additional guest above 10)
Our cheap quickie wedding package includes the ceremony done by our officiate and chairs for up to ten family and/or friends. It also includes one of our guestrooms for your honeymoon night and a bottle of a red or white award winning wine. The guest may stay up to an hour after the ceremony. There will be no food or beverages served or brought in for the guests.

The great value wedding package includes the ceremony, cake, flowers, beverages, officiate, and desert bar. Flower budget allowed is $350. The cake budget is $125 to $200. The cake included will have buttercream icing with two or three layers. Punch or iced tea will be provided. We will supply linens, plates and silverware for the cake. The couple may bring their own alcohol for a toast if they are over 21 years of age. If guests are to be served alcohol then a one time event liquor liability policy is required. This package includes one rehearsal and wedding planning meeting.

This wedding is the same as the Perfect Wedding but music entertainment is supplied by your mp3 player during the reception.
BRIDE ON A BUDGET WEDDING

The Bride on a Budget wedding includes the ceremony, officiate, ceremony music, reception, cake ($125-$200 budget), tea or lemonade, and flowers ($350 budget).The food provided will have only 6 items one of which is a hot item. The food choices may be limited. Music is by your mp3 player during the reception.
A PERFECT WEDDING FOR 30 PEOPLE:
Hors d’Oeuvres or dinner buffet $3,000.00, BBQ dinner $2,850.00. ($45 per additional guest)
A PERFECT WEDDING FOR 50 PEOPLE;
Hors d’Oeuvres or dinner buffet $3,800.00. BBQ dinner $3,650.00. ($45 per additional guest)
Our perfect wedding package includes the wedding and reception for 4 hours, officiate, music (3 and a half hours or $350 credit), cake ($125-$200 budget), and flowers ($350 budget). The wedding party is allowed an additional 2 hours for preparation. We will provide chairs and tables. Our officiate will perform the ceremony. A licensed caterer will provide the food. If you choose to serve hors d’oeuvres, you will be given many choices and will pick 7 items. You can also choose a buffet dinner. This package also includes food service, wait staff, tableware using flatware, table linens, and plates. It also includes the flowers with a budget of $350. The cake included has a budget of $150 and has buttercream icing 2 or 3 layers stacked. If you provide your own cake, you will recieve a $150 credit. There is 3 and a half hours of music provided with your choice of a pianist, DJ, or vocalist. You can provide your own entertainment and have a credit or $350. You also will be supplied with a wedding coordinator who will oversee your rehearsal, the wedding, and help you with your wedding choices. If the wedding or reception goes past 10 pm then you must also rent the three rooms of the inn for the night at a discounted rate. The rooms will be available after 3:00 p.m. This package does not include the photographer, or any beverages besides punch or tea. If you plan to server alcohol, you must have a one-time event liquor liability policy. This package includes one rehearsal and wedding planning meeting.
BEVERAGES: $4.00 per person for soft drinks and coffee.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: $150.00 for bartender contracted by the wedding party.
PARTY PRICING

PARTY WITH HORS D’OEUVRES: $1,650.00 for 25 people and $2,350.00 for 50 people. ($35 per additional guest)

Our party package includes use of the inn and grounds for 5 and a half hours including possible use of the general store. (1 and half hour for preparation, 4 hours for the party) It also includes 3 and a half hours of music either by a DJ or a pianist. You can provide your own entertainment and receive a $400.00 credit on the package. The price includes a buffet centerpiece and simple flower arrangements for each table or a credit of $150. The package includes a licensed caterer. The food service includes wait staff, stainless silver flatware, table linens, china plates, and glassware. Tea and/or punch is provided. The party must be finished and cleaned up by 9 p.m. or the three rooms of the inn must be rented for the night at a discounted price. Licensed bartender is required for hard alcohol. We charge $6.00 per person for hard alcohol set up.
LUNCHEN PRICES

LUNCH BUFFET: $1,000.00 for 25 people and $1,500.00 for 50 people. ($30 per additional guest)
LUNCH BBQ: $875.00 for 25 people and $1,300.00 for 50 people. ($30 per additional guest)
The luncheon package includes use of the inn and grounds for 4 hours. (3 hours for the lunch and 1 hour for preparation) There is no music available. The price includes a buffet centerpiece and simple flower arrangements for each table or a $75. The package includes food service, wait staff, stainless silver flatware, table linens, china plates, glassware and skirting for the buffet table. A licensed caterer is provided. Ice tea is provided but other beverages are extra. The luncheon can begin anytime after 11:00 a.m. and needs to be finished, including clean-up no later than 3 p.m.
