GUEST ROOMS LODGING POLICIES AND PRICES

We pride ourselves on providing a safe, relaxing, and comfortable stay for all of our guests. When choosing to stay with us, please keep the following policies we have in mind:

• The Inn has one room on the first floor and the rest of the rooms are located on the second floor
• Room prices are listed as double occupancy; additional guests are $25.00 per night per guest. Every room has it's own bathroom.
• Amenities include: premium TV channels, a hair dryer, an iron, wi-fi, bathroom toilletries, coffee/tea 24hr/day
• Breakfast if desired, is served at 8 am on weekdays and 9 am on weekends
• We have a check-in time of 3PM and check-out time of 11 AM
• Electronic locks with codes on rooms for guest privacy
• No pets allowed
• Cancellations
  • 100 percent refund if cancelled at least 60 days before scheduled arrival
  • 50 percent refund if cancelled at least 30 days before scheduled arrival
  • 25 percent refund if cancelled at least 15 days before scheduled arrival
  • No refund if cancelled less than 15 days before scheduled arrival
